If You Had a Wikipedia Page, What Would It Say?
Your personal brand is being built with every post, every pitch, every move. Here's how to take control.

Personal branding is the topic everyone’s talking about right now — and honestly, it’s more important than ever.
The other day, I got curious and asked ChatGPT:
"Using publicly available information, including LinkedIn, write a Wikipedia page about me, Jennifer Stinnett."
It was a fun exercise... but it also hit me: If I had a Wikipedia page, what would it really say about my brand?
Your personal brand is already being built — whether you shape it intentionally or not. The good news? You can start steering that story today.
How to Build a Strong Personal Brand (and become "Wikipedia-Ready")
✅ 1. Get Featured in Articles Pitch yourself to blogs, podcasts, and local business news. Even small wins count.
✅ 2. Speak or Teach (Anywhere!) Webinars, workshops, panels — even small ones — put you on the map as a leader in your space.
✅ 3. Win (or Be Nominated for) Awards There are tons of small business, women-in-business, and industry-specific awards you can apply for.
✅ 4. Get Referenced on Independent Websites Guest blog posts, collaborations, podcast guest appearances — they all add up! They are all links that link back to you!
Bottom line: A strong personal brand = control of your story. And someday, maybe even your own Wikipedia page.
