Let me be your cautionary tale. I’ve been working with social media sites for over 15 years. My Facebook business page is on its way to being over 12 years old. It seems the older your pages are, the more “glitches” occur as they rebuild and upgrade the platform.

I got locked out of my business manager account. Thankfully, I still had access to Meta Business Suite, AND we’re always prepared with other management access points.

After a few hours of troubleshooting myself, I contacted Facebook Support through my verified page benefits. Three representatives and 4.5 hours later, the issue was resolved.
